the creative negotiation

an illustrated comic face gif whose green eyes turn into dollar signs

you create brilliant sh*t. they

pay you sh*t. we fix that sh*t.

amplifly

we are in business for your sake as a business. we amplify, teach or just brag about the art of negotiation to humans who actually create art... or ads, music, films, ... anything born from passion and sold with purpose. to ultimately drive fair compensation. think of us as your very own negotiation obi wan kenobi.

except we curse. a lot.

you looooove to create. but somewhere between your first unpaid internship and your 47th "exposure" gig, the industry trained you to accept less and less and less.

pick your poison

You're always negotiating, so you might as well be strategic about it.

we offer shadow support for urgent deals, group (in-house) training for long-term change, 1:1 coaching for focused transformation (mostly salary negotiations tbh), or inspirational keynotes. let's meet.

  • training. courses. workshops.

group therapy for your money trauma. half masterclass, half support group. learn negotiation tactics designed for creative brains, not MBA robots. leave your impostor syndrome at the door (we'll hand it back, slightly smaller).

  • mentoring – online or offline

tailored 1:1 sessions for wherever you're stuck. whether it's your hourly rate or your Hollywood deal, we'll rewire your relationship with money conversations. Warning: side effects include accidentally becoming super confident.

  • faster than lucky luke's shadow

we'll be your negotiation spirit animal - prepping, supporting, even stepping in when things get spicy. perfect for high-stakes deals when you need backup from someone who actually enjoys conflict.

negotiation nerds
who speak creative

the era of poorly paid creatives is coming to an end...well, if we have it our way.  Amplifly exists because brilliant creatives keep accepting sh*tty deals. now we're here to break the cycle.

offering effective negotiation tools that work for brains running on inspiration, not spreadsheets.

FAQ you

  • if you create it and someone else profits from it, we work with you. advertisers, designers,

writers, creatives, artists, marketeers, filmmakers, creative services – if it's creative work,

we speak your language. if you're unsure, ask. the answer is probably yes.

  • you can't afford NOT to do this. seriously. calculate what you're leaving on the table with every sh*t

deal you accept. one properly negotiated project pays for our entire service. plus, if you genuinely can't swing it right now, send a message. we have a hardship fund for broke creatives who show promise. you'll need to negotiate this with Diana aka the Chief Negotiation Officer directly. consider it your first lesson.

  • define "doesn't work." if our service doesn't deliver value, our professional integrity kicks in. tell us specifically what fell short – we'll either fix it or refund it. simple as that.

  • for specific deals? absolutely – that's our shadow service. forever and always? no. we're teaching you to fish here, not creating negotiation dependency. the goal is to make you dangerously skilled on your own.

  • hell yes. your agency needs specific help with scope creep? Your studio freezes at client pushback? Your company needs to stop giving away stuff for free? we'll build a session around your exact mess. minimum 4 hours. Send us a message for a tailored assessment.

  • nope. we've worked with everyone from bedroom DJs to future Disneys, with juniors, seniors, and everything in between. actually, fixing your negotiation skills early saves you from decades of unlearning bad habits.

  • brilliant. so do most creatives. that's literally why we exist. you're not a bad negotiator - you're just untrained. it's a skill, not a personality trait. remember when Photoshop made no sense? now you probably dream in layers. same thing, less pixels.

  • it doesn't. at least not automatically. these are custom services, which means we need to have a chat first. hit us up and we'll get back to you ASAP to figure things out, then you'll get a price that actually fits your needs.

  • of course. conflict is a global phenomenon. I work across timezones, currencies, and cultural contexts. my clients are everywhere from Mumbai to Miami.

heads up: shadow negotiating works brilliantly remotely. group training can be virtual or IRL. for business trips, you're covering travel (and yes, I'll negotiate that too).

  • yes, because cash flow is every creative's nightmare. split it over 3 months, no drama – just select PayPal at checkout and use their installment option. subject to PayPal's own terms and credit approval. for group training, repeat offenders get invoiced 50% before and 50% after the session – if you're a proper company. new clients pay upfront.

  • emergency? need it yesterday? we run on agency timelines. BUT: we take on exactly as many clients as we can serve brilliantly. when spots are full, they're full. no B-team. no outsourcing. no watering down the sauce. however, we have waitlists if you want to join.

  • Amplifly is a ‘we’ brand, because negotiating is like dancing the tango. there is always a partner... otherwise you would look suspicious if you were constantly talking to yourself. so I'm your lead negotiator, but I've got a bench of badass professionals on speed dial when it gets complex – lawyers, financial advisors, other negotiators or specialists who get that creative work isn't widgets. solo accountability. network capability. boom.

  • absolutely. I love talking about:

    · why creatives are secretly brilliant negotiators

    · the psychology of creative undervaluing

    · how to price creative work without having a breakdown

I bring energy, stories, and probably too many swear words for corporate events. perfect for creative conferences, design summits, or any event where people need to hear the truth about getting paid.

speaking fee: yes. and yes, I'll negotiate it. (spoiler: I'm good at this.). come prepared.

  • the size doesn't matter – our values do.
